Building the Future: OC405
Are you one of the many people on this planet that hates sitting in traffic? If you are, you are not alone.
OCTA has announced a renovation project of the I-405 freeway in Southern California that will translate into shorter commute times and additional lanes for daily SoCal commuters. Building the future for generations to come.
OC405 has been selected to design and build new renovations to the I-405 in Southern California. Partnering with OC405, we supply their team with top-quality made products to ensure the renovation lasts a lifetime.
As a result of this, OCTA has selected OC405 to lead this project into the future. OC405’s Design-Build Team comprises two companies that handle the design of the renovation, as well as the construction of the project. OHLA USA is based in Orange County and has been a favorite for local agencies and subcontractors. In addition, Astaldi Construction Corporation brings more than 20 years of US-based contractor experience to the playing field.
Similarly, the Design Team for the project comprises three different companies: Moffatt & Nichol, H.W. Lochner, INC., and Arup North America. The Design Team will provide expertise on working with local governments and agencies, while also managing a workforce of more than 3,000 people.
